Co-founder and CEO

Itzik brings 10+ years of experience of turning ideas into products, leading business strategies and managing development projects.

Prior to founding vcita, Itzik was co-founder and VP R&D at Kidaro, a desktop-virtualization company that was acquired by Microsoft in early 2008. Following the acquisition, Itzik became a Product Unit Manager at Microsoft.

CPO

Joined the team after 5 years of managing global internet products touching millions of users at 888.com. Before working for 888.com Shelly led a R&D team in Comverse.

Shelly combines deep understanding of technology and software with the ability to understand customer needs and designing simple and user friendly services.

COO

Maya brings 10+ years of global experience in start-up operations and finance management. Prior to joining the vcita team over 5 years ago, she served as the COO of two New-York based startups. For both, Maya led the building of a solid organizational infrastructure which bolstered a significant, fast-paced growth in team, activity and resources.

Maya holds an MBA and has practiced law in two of Israel’s top law firms, specializing in commercial law and renewable energy.

CCO

Shahar brings over 15 years of experience in building and managing worldwide awarded sales, success, support and operations teams across the globe.

Prior to vcita he has filled a variety of management positions at Google and Amazon for over a decade;
He has a global experience background, as he worked and led teams in EMEA, LATAM and the US markets.

He is fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew and holds a degree in Cinematography, Television, Journalism & Media Studies.

CFO

Hadar has 25 years of experience as a CFO.

Prior to vcita, Hadar was Partner & CFO for 15 years at Genesis Partners, venture capital fund, one of the most successful funds in Israel and 10 years the CFO of Oppenheimer Israel, the leading provider of U.S. brokerage and investment banking services to the Israeli market.

CMO

Liat brings 18+ years of experience developing advanced digital marketing strategies – working in various organizations ranging from early-stage startups to large corporations. She started her career as a business analyst and took her love for numbers to the world of marketing.

Prior to vcita, Liat held a number of high-level marketing positions at 888 Holdings, Webpals and Camilyo, overseeing and establishing complete marketing departments and propelling business growth through diverse marketing initiatives.

CTO

Tomer brings over 20 years of expertise in leading R&D, IT, software development, data engineering, and data science teams across diverse landscapes. He has a proven track record of identifying strategic technological trends and emerging innovations that drive business success.

Prior to joining vcita, Tomer held pivotal roles in esteemed tech firms. Notably, he served as R&D Director at Cal Credit Cards, VP of R&D and EVP of Engineering at Webpals Group, and VP of Engineering at ezbob.

CBDO

Amir brings 25 years of business development, product, and innovation experience in various companies from early-stage startups to large global enterprises.

Prior to vcita, Amir served as the monday.com App Marketplace Lead where he spearheaded the business and partner ecosystem buildout alongside the marketplace public launch. He also held several key business development positions at SAP including co-founding the SAP Community program and SAP online store.
